Exchange Policy

We have a 2-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 2 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. This is only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects or if you receive an incorrect item.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide an uncut unboxing video clearly showing the issue or defect.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at ananyata.a@outlook.com. Include the original invoice and the unboxing video. Clearly mention whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. Once our team reviews the video and confirms that the return meets our policy criteria, we will provide you with the next steps.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted nor any refund will be provided.

In case your returned item is not available with us in stock, we will process it as refund case. It will be credited to your account/mode of payment using which you had bought the product. No other account will be allowed to transfer money.

Please note: If you reside outside India, shipping times may be longer than expected. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
